The event organizer, ISoP Africa Chapter, has the legal responsibility to tell ticket buyers and event attendees how their personal information will be collected and used. You can find their Privacy Policy below or contact them to request it.
- A 25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made until April 1st, 2026. Only written cancellations will be accepted. All substitutions and cancellations must be received in writing by email to info@thepvacademy.com
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 2nd, 2026. However, you may request a name change for a fee of USD 75. If the new participant falls under a higher ticket category, the price difference must be paid. No refunds will be given for lower-priced categories.
- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable if your visa application is denied, unless the cancellation falls within the period specified in point 1.
- Generally many nationalities qualify for a visa on arrival or an e-Visa, however, it is advisable to check your visa requirements and proceed in the needed Visa arrangements as soon as possible. More information here
- The membership fee (included in the non-member registration) is non-refundable.
- All refunds will be processed within 60 days after the conclusion of the conference.
